    By accessing or using Profile Link Hub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Profile Link Hub.

    2. Description of Service

    Profile Link Hub is a link-in-bio service that allows LinkedIn professionals to create a personalized page containing links to their professional resources, portfolios, and social profiles. The Service uses LinkedIn authentication to verify your identity and populate your profile.

    3. Account Registration

    By signing in with LinkedIn, you:

    • Confirm you are at least 16 years of age
    • Authorize us to access your LinkedIn profile data (name, email, profile picture) for the purpose of creating and maintaining your Profile Link Hub page
    • Agree that the information you provide is accurate and current
    • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

    4. Data Collection and Use

    When you authenticate with LinkedIn, we collect and store:

    • Profile Data: Your name, email address, and profile picture from LinkedIn
    • User Content: Links, titles, and descriptions you add to your page

    This data is used solely to provide and improve the Service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

    5. Your Content

    You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display your content on your public Profile Link Hub page. You agree not to:

    • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
    • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes
    • Impersonate any person or entity
    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Interfere with the Service's operation or security

    6. LinkedIn Integration

    Profile Link Hub uses LinkedIn's APIs under LinkedIn's API Terms of Use. By using our Service:

    • You acknowledge that Profile Link Hub is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with LinkedIn
    • LinkedIn data displayed on your page is subject to LinkedIn's terms and privacy practices
    • We do not post to LinkedIn on your behalf without your explicit action
    • We access only the minimum LinkedIn data necessary to operate the Service

    7. Consent and Withdrawal

    By signing in, you provide consent for us to collect and process your data as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

    • Deleting your account through the dashboard settings
    • Contacting us at admin@profilelinkhub.com

    Upon withdrawal of consent or account deletion, we will delete all your data, including your profile, links, and any stored LinkedIn data, within 30 days.

    8. Data Deletion

    You may request deletion of all your data at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in your dashboard or by contacting us at admin@profilelinkhub.com. Upon deletion, we will immediately remove your profile, links, and authentication data. Cached data will be purged within 30 days.

    9. Intellectual Property

    The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Profile Link Hub. The LinkedIn name, logo, and brand are trademarks of LinkedIn Corporation. You may not use our branding or LinkedIn's branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation beyond what is accurate.

    Illustrations, screenshots, and other imagery published on this site are © Profile Link Hub. All rights reserved; no reproduction or reuse is permitted without prior written permission. To request a license to use any Profile Link Hub imagery, contact us at admin@profilelinkhub.com.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any LinkedIn data displayed.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Profile Link Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

    12. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with Section 8.

    13. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
